Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to explain the physical properties of heat and light.
  • Will be able to count the effects of superficial and deep heat agents
  • Will be able to count measurement and evaluation parameters.
  • Will be able to apply moist and dry temperature modalities.
  • Will count the effects of moist and dry temperature modalities.
Course Description This course includes Inflammation and Reparation, Pain, Heat and Light, Hotpack, Paraffin, Fluidotherapy, Infrared, Ultraviolet, Dry heat modalities, Heliotherapy, Cold modalities. In addition to theoretical courses, the applications of the subjects are handled in the laboratory environment where physical therapy modalities are present. In this course, it is aimed to gain basic professional skills.
